Yesterday, our family attended Osage Beach's first annual Kids' Fishing Derby! It was a lot of fun! There were vendors giving out free t-shirts for the kids, and everyone got backpacks full of fishing tackle, crayons, stickers and coupons. The animal shelter was there with lots of puppies and kittens for the kids to pet, and we got to see the firetrucks and ambulances hauling people away for heat exhaustion! Best of all, the kids got to catch fish!! They loved it.
Eden was so cute in her little hiking backpack..
Brock caught a BIG catfish! He was very excited!
Austin was pretty nervous about getting too close to his little catch...
Brandon didn't actually catch anything, but I think it's because he spent most of his time splashing in the water, playing with Eden, and looking for bugs.

Eden looks so cute in the backpack. She seems like a very smiley baby:)
And good job Brock on catching that fish. How exciting!!!
Austin sounds a lot like Ryan, there's always SO much to do besides actually fishing:)
