Miner Mike's

There was this one day last summer when we were looking for a fun place to go for a family outing. We had heard good things about Miner Mike's, an indoor play place with a roller coaster, ferris wheel, bumper cars, video games and a giant maze of tunnels, ball pits, slides and more! So, we pulled in to the parking lot with our van full of excited children. When we got to the entrance, however, we learned that there was no playing allowed without socks, and since we were all wearing sandals, we turned around and went home, promising we'd be back another day. Well, a year went by, and every time we drove by the family fun center, the three boys in the back seat of my minivan started in on a chorus of whining and complaining that we STILL have never gone to Miner Mike's!!! Well, this past Thursday, we finally kept our word and went back to Miner Mike's. We ended up buying season passes this time, so now we HAVE to go back A LOT to get our money's worth!!! We all had a lot of fun and can't wait to go back for more!!!
